Happy New Year 2021! We are ready to tackle January – finishing our BSQ cycle (testing that 3RM soon) and getting after those Presses! We’re also going to add in Muscle-up work 2x/week & a January Core Challenge – all posted in the SugarWOD app, so you’ll have to check there for information & details. Still not using SugarWOD? Now’s the time to start good habits, record progress and track your workouts. Download the app, create a login if you don’t have one, and contact us for the password to join the Gardens CrossFit page.
