What is the Foundations Course?
The Foundations Course is split up into four (4), 60-80 minute sessions headed by one of the Gardens CrossFit Coaches. All 4 sessions must be completed before you can attend the regularly scheduled CrossFit classes. Please call to reserve your spot as space is limited.

To get started in our CrossFit Program you must complete the Foundations course. If you have been attending regular CrossFit classes elsewhere and maintaining a program we are happy to have you. If you are confident in the movements then you can opt to “test out”. Contact us and let us know about your experience and/or schedule your first session.
