Our schedule has changed! We will be keeping classes to 45mins to continue our cleaning processes between each class…however, we have added back some of our previous class times. Please make note of time changes, and remember you MUST register for class. You will not be allowed to join in if you are not registered. If there is an issue while you are trying to register, please call the gym or email us immediately.

Also, there will be an additional 3 days of Pull-up strength for June added to SugarWOD in the athlete notes. Please take advantage, it’s there for you! This is especially important for those who were not able to perform pull-ups or other bar movements while we were closed. This will only be posted in the athlete notes on SugarWOD.
