Part 1

Every minute, increasing reps until you can no longer complete required reps:

Minute 1 – 1 CL + 2 FSQ (approx 75% of CL or 70% of FSQ)

Minute 2 – 1 CL + 4 FSQ

Minute 3 – 1 CL + 6 FSQ

Minute 4 – 1 CL + 8 FSQ

Etc…

*Rest times determined by round of barbell complex you finish

Part 2

For time

50 Pull-ups

40 Burpees

30 Pull-ups

20 Burpees
