I dunno ’bout you, but shrimps are up there as one of my all time favorites! They contain the highest amount of naturally occurring creatine than any other food on this planet as far as I know. This is a rather easy recipe to throw together and takes even less time to cook.
What You Shall Need
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbs garlic, minced
Black pepper, to taste
Crushed red pepper flakes
1 and a half lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
What You Shall Do:
- In a bowl, stir together the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic and black pepper. Season with red pepper flakes if your heart desires. Add shrimp, then toss. Marinate in the fridge for at least thirty minutes to an hour.
- Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Thread the shrimp onto skewer. Lightly oil the grill and grill each side for 2 to 3 minutes.
Tip: Aluminum foil can be used to keep food moist, cook evenly and make clean-up easier.
