Saturday – The CrossFit Open 25.3 – 8am-10am Heats – Everyone welcome!

This week we will host The Open 25.3 on Saturday.
We will run heats from 8am -10am.
Heats will be 20min long due to the cap for the WOD – starting at 8:20am first heat. There will be space for ONLY 12 people in a heat.
ANYONE can join in on the workout, whether you’re signed up or not.
We WILL HAVE 7-8am RevFitness.
We will not have Olympic Weightlifting at 8am. And we will not have a 9:30am class. The Open will be our workout of the day – and you can jump in at any time. We will have a sign up for each heat & a place for a judges name as well. Whether you’re signed up for The Open or not, it’s about community, fun, and working out together – so we will all have judges and scorecards.
And of course there will be some snacks – Chic-fil-A breakfast sammies & donuts…maybe mimosas!! We look forward to seeing everyone get after this last WOD!

*If you cannot join in on Saturday, please make sure to tell a coach so they know what day you are completing the workout. We will need to make sure you have a judge, scorecard and space if able. Thank you.
