Congrats to everyone who completed The CrossFit Open 25.1 WOD! Our extra burpees this month paid off for some of you as well!
For those who still need to complete the WOD, or are redoing it – please remember to tell a coach. You will need a judge for the WOD, and you need to complete it before 8pm & submit your score. DON’T FORGET TO SUBMIT YOUR SCORE at games.crossfit.com!
This month we will post extra skill, strength and conditioning work for those looking to increase capacity or get better at skills. There will be 3 additional days & it is not included in the regular class time. This can be done any time you are available. Ask a coach if you have any questions.
The CrossFit Open 25.2 will be released on Thursday at 3pm – and we’re hoping to perform the WOD on Friday.
The last Open WOD, 25.3 will be Saturday, March 15th.
