It’s 2025! Let’s get back on track after the holidays and start with some skill, strength and accountability.
The most important challenge – holding yourself accountable. Progress comes from habits. Habits create results. Making the gym a priority for yourself and your health will only reward you. So start by showing up for yourself and those you love! Time to get healthy.

ACCOUNTABILITY
Can you check in for class & post your results (no matter what class you take) for 20 days or more in the month of January!? We know you can!
Check in for class on the Zen Planner app & post your workout results on the SugarWOD app. It’s that easy. And yes, we can track it at the end of the month!
*If you are struggling with access to either of these, just ask a coach.

SKILL
100 reps of T2B each week – for the remaining 4 weeks of January (400 total).
Reps in WODs do NOT count. These must be extra reps to work on the skill – modified or RX. And you can post these reps to your SugarWOD daily results as well – to stay on track.

STRENGTH
BSQ Retests (4wks)
Retest one day this week, not during class – compare to the previous sets from December.
Each week add one extra BSQ day to retest the previous month:
3×10 12/10/24
4×7 12/17/24
5×5 12/27/24
6×3 12/31/24

NO EXCUSES JANUARY – LET’S GO!!!
