We will be holding 23.3 in each regularly scheduled CrossFit class on Friday.
If you cannot make it on Friday to perform the WOD, please ask a coach about scheduling another day/time. We cannot always accommodate you walking in any time. Thank you!

Starting with a 6m time cap, complete as many reps as possible of:
5 Wall Walks
50 Double Unders
15 Snatches (weight #1)
5 Wall Walks
50 Double Unders
12 Snatches (weight #2)
*If completed before the 6m cap, add 3m to the time cap and complete:
20 Strict HSPU
50 Double Unders
9 Snatches (weight #3)
*If completed before the 9m cap, add 3m to the time cap and complete:
20 Strict HSPU
50 Double Unders
6 Snatches (weight #4)

Men – 95, 135, 185, 225lbs
Women – 65, 95, 125, 155lbs
