We will be holding the Open WOD for all Friday classes, running in 2 heats, possibly 3, on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis to put your name on the board. We will also hold 18.2 on Sunday starting at 9am. Please see a coach if you cannot make these days. Everyone can WOD! Not just those signed up for the Open. Come and try it out! There is a chance that classes run a few minutes behind, so be prepared 🙂
