WODs will be posted again!
And while we know that some of you don’t have access or are participating in another gym’s programming, we want to make sure we offer to those who want or need it. All movements can be modified/changed to meet the needs of the person, equipment and space. And of course, could be done during an open gym in another location. Or just give you some inspiration 🙂
Coach Tom is also providing the accessory programming, as well as a program specifically for a globo-gym setting like Crunch or Planet Fitness. Just message one of the coaches to get on board! And if it’s Nutrition that you need more focus with, contact coach Kate! She is certified and very knowledgeable, and able to help you meet those goals! From athletic performance, to maintenance, she can direct you to the right path.
We miss all of you and want to stay connected as much as possible! We will post all events, WODs and get-togethers, and would love if you all posted and tagged us in any group events, group workouts or just fun stuff from the GCF family.
In typical GCF tradition…let’s have a monthly challenge…pick one: Strict Pull-ups or Push-ups. 250, 500, 750 or 1,000 in the month of August. And the best part…they can be done anywhere, no excuses not to get stronger. Let’s go!
