We’re hosting a Hip Hop class from our very own Greg! He’s an amazing dancer and teacher, and will put together some fun beginner steps for anyone who wants to join in.
6-7pm Hanging out with friends – call it happy hour if you will (snacks & social time)
7-8pm Dance lesson
Bring your spouse, make it a date night.
Bring your friends for fun.
Bring yourself for an entertaining time.
Everyone welcome, and donations accepted for his time.
*Note, only 3:30 & 4:30pm classes, but the small side will be available for any open gym – although we’ll probably harass you to come hang out and dance!

*Every time you switch partners, the partner coming off of the bike must perform 1 CL + 4 FSQ (185/125) before the next partner can go.
