10m Stations – 2m rest between – PARTNERS!
Station 1 –
Partner 1 performs 7 Fat Bar DL and then holds the bar up after the 7th DL for as long as possible
Partner 2 rows for MAX calories as soon as partner 1 starts their hold
Switch after the bar drops and start over
Station 2 –
Relay style, partner 1 performs both before partner 2 goes:
7 Bear Hug Squats (sandbag or slamball)
100ft Sled Push (heavy)
*Score max calories & max rounds/reps
