In order to provide you with a great warm-up AND CrossFit Open 21.3/21.4 WOD, expect classes to run late, or start late. We need to make sure you are properly warmed up and ready to go, knowing all movements and standards…and, we are limited with Bar Muscle-up space. The WOD has a total of 22mins possible (15m & 7m caps). PLEASE SIGN UP FOR CLASS. If this does not work with your schedules, you can perform 21.3 & 21.4 on Sunday at 9am, or see a coach for another day to set an appointment. Thank you for understanding, now LET’S GO!!!
