50 Sit-ups
40 DL (135/95)
30 BSQ (same bar)
20 B.O.B.
10 S2O (same bar)

*Almost 8yrs ago we programmed this WOD. About 6 months or so after, Malcolm asked if it had a name. It did not. He said, “well it should, and we need to do it again”. And we joked for a few minutes about the torture of the named WODs. When he asked to have it back and retest it we decided to call it “Malcolm” since he thought it deserved a name. And we’ve been programming this WOD every year since then.
