OUTSIDE WOD:
10m Stations – 90sec rest between
Station 1
100ft Sled Push + 200ft Sled Push (3/2)
20 ASQ after push
Station 2
100ft SA Farmer Carry Down R
5 PP (both arms)
100ft SA Farmer Carry Back L
5 PP (both arms)
Repeat with 10 PP, 15 PP, then start over
Station 3
Sprint 100m
Walk 100m
(Sprint to 200m mark, walk back to start)
