Tuesday night Strongman – 6pm – Outside ONLY – everyone must REGISTER for class (same ZenPlanner app we used before the closure). The gym will be closed, please bring a towel, water and your sandbag/medball if you have one. And of course remember to respect everyone’s space and social distancing. 10 Person max – register ASAP for a spot.
