Congrats to all of our GCF Summer Shred contestants and those who participated during the 6 weeks! It can be very difficult to create good habits in a short amount of time and you guys gave it your all! We are so proud of the work everyone put in and hope that you keep at it. And of course, let us know what you need to reach those goals…we’re here to help you! Maybe another “shred” before the Holidays???
