Try to accumulate any way – workouts, intervals, before class, after class, etc… Beginner – 1,000 calories/Intermediate – 2,000 calories/Advanced – 3,000 calories. You have until March 31st to accumulate calories AND try the MAX challenge as many times as you would like.
