It’s that time again! The FSQ 20rep Cycle! For most of our athletes, you’ve seen (or completed) this at least once. We like to throw this cycle in a couple times out of the year for BSQ and FSQ to really test your mental toughness and muscular endurance. If you do not have a 1RM FSQ, then we would like for you to test that this week, if not tomorrow (obviously within your capabilities as an athlete, modifying as needed). This will run for 6 weeks, yes, I said 6 weeks… every Monday. Try not to miss it! Try to make it up if you do, as %s will increase each week. Let’s get it!
