First off, what an amazing group of people we have at GCF! This community is awesome, generous, caring, supportive, fun and hilarious! You will find the most inspiring people here. People make relationships, friendships, careers, opportunities, and so many fulfilling experiences. AND… it’s a gym! 

Second, I would like to welcome coach Jason to GCF! Yes, I know he’s already one of our amazing coaches, but he is now part of the family! Welcome coach Jason as one of the owners of Gardens CrossFit! He’s stuck with us now and we couldn’t be more excited!
