Saturday Schedule

Saturday! 7am workout!

Everyone is invited – RevFitness &  CrossFit! Bring your heart rate monitors if you want as well, we’ll hook you up!

We will have open gym time from 6-8am on the small side (partner up and share, it could be busy), workout from 7-8am and then we have to board up the gym and prepare for the hurricane. Please share with those who do not have social media. 

We will keep you updated on the following week of classes. Let’s all hope for the best! And of course, let us know if you need help!
