Another day in the books! Online GCF classes, at home WODs, just stay healthy! Let us know if you would like to join a Zoom online class – we have ID codes for each time. Working out at home on your own, take some pictures and videos of those home WODs and share them with us. Every little bit of motivation helps!

10R/10L Press or 15 Double arm press (1min to complete, rest if you finish in time)

Immediately into 30sec of max Bent Over Rows

12 Reverse Lunges (weighted or not)

12 G2OH (SN or CL/J – any object, single or double arm)
