Day 2 online classes in the books! Thank you everyone! 

We are running 6am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 5pm…if you guys need other options let us know! Remember, you need the specific ID to enter that class time.

Here’s a fun strength option and endurance work if you cannot make a class:

“Sally”

30 Squats to the words of the song (hold the bottom of the squat when they say down, stay standing when they say up – NO dropping your weight – use any weights you have)

Then,

Pick a test:

400m Sprint

Or 

500m Row Sprint

After,

6x200m Run Sprints (1m rest between)

Or

6x250m Row Sprints at your 500m pace (1m rest between)
