2 – 200ft Sled Push (4/3 – 2 per partner before moving on)

100 Ball Slams

2 – 200ft Sled Push (same as above)

100 Bar-facing Burpees

2 – 200ft Sled Push (same as above)

*Partners must switch movements every 10reps.
