Barbell Strict Press – 5×2 @85-90%

1-Arm KB Push Press – 3x6R/6L (by feel)

Strict Pull-ups – 2rds: 5 Regular Grip, 5 Reverse Grip, 5 Wide Grip, 5 Narrow Grip (use weight for added difficulty if able)
